Very pleased

“Elisa did a superb job with my son’s case. Even with the difficulty of my son having 2 co-defendants she was able to negotiate a favorable deal with the prosecutor. He was originally charged with 4 felony counts, 2 of which were strikes. The plea bargain that Elisa obtained will allow my son to do minimal county jail time and after successful completion of his probation he will have no felonies on his record. With my son being 19 years old, this incident was a case of teenagers being very foolish. He’ll have a second chance at life and a clean slate in as little as 18 months of probation. I’m happy that our Family can move on from this unfortunate occurrence and that my son will stay out of prison.”
